GNU/Linux. Daily, I use Operating System GNU/Linux to help the computing activities. Operating Systems GNU/Linux becomes the main choice for me, not an alternative Operating System. At this moment my choice fell on Ubuntu GNU / Linux (which I will call next UBUNTU) with Minimal Install. Earlier I had met with RedHat 6.x around the year 1999. Next RedHat 7.2 in 2000 with an interest in the Mandrake distribution. This lasted until the year 2002. Since the end of 2002 I began to know Slackware, and stay with me everyday until the year 2006. During use Slackware I had tried many other Linux distributions including SUSE, Lindows, Ubuntu, Fedora, Knoppix, Slax and others. However, beginning in 2007 until now, since I became a Dentists in Central Kalimantan, I use Ubuntu GNU / Linux as my operating system installed in my laptop
Opensourse, is my next interest. Not just a convenience that I get when traveling in Opensource world, but the philosophy and spirit that makes me very comfortable here. The spirit of sharing, it is important to me.
